Registration

GETTING STARTED

1. Everyone is welcome to sit and watch any or all of our classes. There are no trial classes. If you like what you see, we recommend you register as soon as possible.

2. Enrollment is confirmed based on a first paid first served basis, with a signed registration form and cash payment for class fees in full.

3. We strongly recommend you come in person to register, to allow you to familiarize yourself with our studio and instructors, as well as parking and traffic conditions.

SALSA PROGRAM ONLY

4. If you do not come in person to register but arrange payment on your behalf, make sure you complete and sign the registration form 30 minutes before your first class starts, after which your spot may be given away.

5. RM200 cash will confirm your place with our next intake and take care of you for 8 consecutive weeks, 1 class a week, 1 hour a class. There are no additional deposit or admin charges.

6. Your class fees also give you the priviledge or using of our studio during all our open hours for practice with your classmates or other students of Havana Estudio.

7. If you cannot come to class, immediately contact your Instructor. We have structured our classes so that students can either attend a weekday or weekend class every week (Mirror Class). If you make sure you come once a week, you will forget less and have more fun with your dancing!

8. There are no replacement classes. Any move in class dates and times will be announced by your Instructor, in the case of an emergency, national Salsa events, or major holidays like Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, Christmas, and New Years' Eve.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Students who pay fees agree to the following conditions:

1. Receipts which are issued by Shamsul Sopiee Productions ("SSP") are on behalf of Havana Estudio ("HE").

2. Class fees are payable in cash and in full before class.

3. Enrollment is confirmed based on a 1st paid 1st served basis, no partial payments or deposits, please.

4. Class fees are not refundable and expire at end of the Series.

5. For the Salsa program, if students have paid but don’t come for their first class, they cannot join the intake in which they have registered.

6. If unavoidable, classes may be transferred with permission of Instructor and a RM50 admin fee, per month of transfer. The number of classes finally transferred will be determined by the Instructor.

7. If students come late for class, they may not be allowed to join the class. This is up to the discretion of the Instructor, depending on how disruptive it may be.

8. SSP, HE, their agents and employees reserve the right to substitute Instructors, vary class material/time/enrollment capacity, postpone class, and refuse entry to any person, without refund, compensation, or prior notice.

7. Students release SSP, HE, their agents & employees of any liability for any death, personal injury, harm, or distress, whether expressed or implied, loss or damage however caused while in class, studio, or event venue. Infants and children are under the sole care of adult(s) who bring them.

8. No photography, broadcasting, audio, video, or multimedia capturing is permitted, unless allowed by Instructor. SSP, HE, their agents and employees reserve the right to use any audio, video, or image captured in class or event venue, without consent or compensation.

9. I agree not to use material learned, seen, or discussed at SSP or HE classes, studios, or events in a class, workshop, performance, choreography, show, or event outside SSP or HE events.

10. SSP and HE reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time, without notice.
